Quality shades at a fair price. Installation was a little bumpy at first but Kincmo worked with me until all issues were resolved. Would purchase again.

These blinds are amazing! Bought 2 blinds - one for a kitchen window and the other for a sliding door. I was looking for something that would look great in my newly renovated kitchen and dining room, give me privacy and be easy to use. I spent a lot of time researching different blinds. Kincmo had strong reviews and I liked the different shade features.

I ordered the fabric samples. They're inexpensive and the only way you can really select the correct fabric, color and opacity. Totally worth getting.

Measuring was easy. Kincmo provided a measuring chart that walks you through how to measure to ensure the blinds fit property. I ordered the Dreamy White in blackout. The blinds arrived quickly. I was pleasantly surprised at how simple installation was. The blinds are beautiful and well made. It was also fairly easy to adjust the blinds to automatically stop at the bottom of the sill. Love this feature!

We went with the 15 channel remote to do multiple blinds. Hung the remote on a wall in a common area so anyone in our family could use it. Love being able to hit the button and have both blinds in the kitchen and dining are go up and down at once.

One of the valances arrived damaged from shipping Kincmo customer service was quite incredible. They were quick to respond and make things right. I had a new valance arrive within days. Their follow-up and professionalism was exceptional. I will definitely be getting more of these blinds.

Beautiful blinds, well built and fit perfectly

I originally ordered just one of these smart blinds to test it out, and I was so impressed that I ended up ordering two more to replace my older blinds.
The light-blocking performance is excellent, it really darkens the room, which is perfect for sleeping. The motor is quiet, quieter than I expected, and the battery holds a charge very well. The included usb cable is long enough to
charge with a nearby wall outlet- and the blinds work while charging.

Installation was straightforward and took less time than I thought.

One of the biggest wins is how seamlessly the blinds integrate with Alexa. I set them to open automatically in the morning, and it's been a game changer for waking up gently with natural light.
Overall, these blinds are a great upgrade. Highly recommend!

Bought these shades for my whole house & was impress of qualify & function. Looks very nice & expensive. I ordered the shade color before hand to know exactly what I like. I use light filtering 75% for living area & dark out mode for bedroom area and they're perfect!

This Single 94 inch wide blind that is motorized and operates easily with a remote control and is integrated into our Google Assist Home Network absolutely does the job! We decided on a single unit over three windows and are very pleased with the results. In addition to the Kincmo product being high grade, the Customer Service is outstanding! I am so impressed by this purchase! The company reached out to double check everything before making my custom blind. When it arrived, it was packed VERY well and it was super easy to install without help. It has made my life SO much easier. My husband, who thought I was being extra for wanting a motorized blind over the tub (so I wouldn't have to climb into the tub each time) even said he was impressed with how cool it is to use and how great it looks. The company took the time to follow up afterwards to be sure I was satisfied. All around, a great experience and I saved so much money by doing this without going through a big installation company.

I love these blinds. They look great, they block the light. They are motorized, which I love. They don't draw heat, which is another plus. Made of good quality, would definitely recommend.

I have been hesitant to buy these due to the price but really wanted some and im glad I made the jump. This company doesnt even wait for you to contact them. They straight up send an email once you've ordered to confirm everything. At any point if you have questions or concerns, you know exactly how to reach them and they answer fast.

The shades themselves were delivered exactly on the date that was scheduled. Measurements were perfect and installation was a breeze. One of the windows i needed covered was not easily accessible. Pressing a button and just watching the shade go up is amazing. I chose an inside window install and glad i did. Looks way better and blocks out light properly and I have 100% privacy when they are down.

Waking up in the morning and letting sunlight in even before you step out of bed feels great! I definitely recommend and will surely buy more in the near future!

We absolutely recommend these blinds. Not only are they of great quality, but the after sales support is great. We had an issue with the blinds where there was a little felt strip inside the side rails that wasn't perfectly cut, which caused the fabric to wrap itself through the felt and caused some tearing. I reached out to Kincmo and they offered to send me a full replacement. We will be getting more of these for every room. They're so boujie I love them.

Really incredible blinds and the customer support is quite literally the best I have ever experienced. I first purchased two blinds for my bedroom and they are great...easy to install, remote works flawlessly, integrated with Alexa...perfect. I liked those so much I purchased another very large blind for my living room sliders. Unfortunately I measured wrong somehow, and provided a width approx 1/4" too wide...completely my fault. I contacted their customer support through email at 11pm ET to inquire about possibly a way they could shorten it and maybe save me a little money vs taking the complete loss and buying a new one. I got a call back at 11:08 pm from their representative who told me to take measurements again and make sure they are correct and they will send me a replacement asap AT NO CHARGE! That's as good as it gets. Very smart on their part too as not only am I leaving a five star review, but I will be telling everyone I know about this company. The main thing is the blinds are high quality, look great and function perfectly....but knowing if you need it, the customer support is highly engaged and wants to make sure you are satisfied, which provides peace of mind for an investment of this type.

We are very pleased with these blinds. I installed them myself and had a little problem getting them paired. The company was very supportive and we solved it easily. A visitor later tried to manually operate the blind and lower it by hand and broke a part. The company was again very responsive and resolved the problem. Highly recommend!
