To start the return process, please contact and inform Kincmo customer service of your decision to return within 30 days after you receive the product. Returns will not be processed if you do not communicate with Kincmo customer service. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Exchanges for Personal Preference: If you wish to exchange your shades for a different fabric or if the size you ordered is not suitable due to personal preference, a handling fee will apply. This fee covers the costs of processing the exchange.
Exchanges Due to Quality Issues: If an exchange is necessary due to quality issues, Kincmo will cover all associated shipping costs and provide a free exchange or repair.
Exchanges for Damages and Wrong Items: Please contact us within 24 hours if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can promptly address the issue and ensure your complete satisfaction.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items: Certain types of items cannot be returned, like customized products. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Exchanges for Non-Quality Issues: We do not offer exchanges for non-quality related reasons, such as changes in size or color preferences after the order has been placed.
Application for Return or Exchange: Customers must submit their return or exchange requests through Kincmo's official customer service channels, providing relevant order information and reasons for the request.
Customer Service Review: Kincmo's customer service will review the application within 1-3 business days, guiding customers through the subsequent return or exchange process.
Inspection of Returned or Exchanged Items: Upon receiving the product, Kincmo will inspect it. After confirming the product's condition, refunds or exchange items will be processed within 7 business days.
Refund Timing: Refunds will be issued back to the customer's original payment account within 7 business days after approval.
If you contact us immediately within 2 hours of placing your order, we can cancel it and issue a full refund. However, since all orders are custom-made and cannot typically be resold, once production begins (usually 4-8 hours after your order), cancellations are not possible. You may still modify your order, and we will apply 50% of the original order’s amount to the modified order. Please note that 50% of the original order amount will be non-refundable.
