Kincmo provides a 3-year warranty covering all motors, controls, and components from the original purchase date. This warranty applies to the initial retail purchaser under normal use for as long as they own the product. Should any defect occur during the coverage period, we will repair or replace the affected item. Please note this warranty is non-transferable and applies only to custom-made products installed in their originally designated windows.

What is Covered

The product is covered by a limited lifetime warranty under the following conditions:

  • Shipping damage, provided it is reported within 30 days of receiving the product.
  • Manufacturing or workmanship defects related to fabrics, motorization systems, or accessories, provided the product was properly installed and used in accordance with the manual.

Shipping Damage

If the product is damaged during shipment, please take photos of the package and contact us within 30 days of receiving the product. At our discretion, we will either replace the damaged product or repair it for free to ensure it remains in proper working condition.
Note: Please do not discard the packaging until you receive further instructions from us.

Manufacturing & Workmanship Defects

If a manufacturing defect is verified during the warranty period, we will provide the following solutions:

  • Repair the product (free of charge)
  • Replace the product (free of charge)
  • Refund the purchase price of the product

We guarantee product quality with comprehensive warranty protection:

  • Motorization systems: 2-year warranty from delivery date
  • Fabrics, slats and vanes: 2-year warranty covering fading or damage during normal use
  • Brackets and components: 2-year warranty for material defects

What is Not Covered

Natural Wear & Tear:

  • Discoloration or cracking of plastic components
  • Fading of fabrics, slats, or vanes
  • Natural variations in wood/bamboo grain and texture
  • Warping of wood slats in high-humidity environments

* Material aging tests conducted under accelerated laboratory conditions

Non-Covered Scenarios:

  • Improper installation, operation, or cleaning methods
  • Unauthorized modifications or alterations
  • Accidental damage or misuse
  • Exposure to harsh environments (e.g. coastal areas)
  • Damage from pets, insects, or unforeseen accidents
  • Natural disaster-related damage

Important Notes:

  • When purchasing multiple products, extended warranty coverage applies only to the specifically purchased motor. To cover all motors, please add this service for each product separately.
  • If the original motor model is discontinued, we will repair it or provide a compatible replacement to maintain full functionality.
  • *Kincmo reserves the right to modify this policy and retains final interpretation authority.

The extended warranty period begins from your original purchase date.
