How do I order Kincmo smart blinds?
1. Select your preferred style of blinds or shades.

What payment methods do you accept?
We only accept VISA, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Paypal, JCB, Discover,After Pay at this time, but we will accept more payment methods in the future.
Do you provide Fabric swatches?
Yes, we provide fabric swatches. You can click here to check.
What if I place wrong order or choose the wrong size?
You can cancel or modify your order within 24 hours after placing it, as production begins the following morning.

What is the return policy?
Customized items cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective. Exchanges for fabric preference or size issues incur a handling fee. Learn more in Return & Exchange Policy.
Does the product come with a warranty?
We provide a 2-year limited warranty on shades and accessories. To extend your coverage further, you can purchase our "Extended Service" in custom option.

Shipping & Delivery

Do you ship to my country? What the shipping costs?
Yes, we offer free shipping for all products.
How can I check my order's status?
You'll receive an order confirmation email immediately after checkout. When your order ships, we'll email the tracking details. For more details, visit our Shipping & Delivery page.
Can l change my delivery address?
Yes. You can contact us within 24 hours after placing it. Once the order is shipped from our warehouse, the delivery address cannot be changed.
How will l know when my order has shipped?
The production typically takes between 3 to 7 business days. You can purchse our "Expedited Service"in custom option. When your order ships, we'l email the tracking details.

Note & Smart Pairing

The width dimensions of the order, valance, and fabric
For Inside Mount blinds, we will deduct 1/8" from your order width to ensure proper fit within your window frame. Therefore, the Valance Width = Final Product Width = Order Width - 1/8".

For Outside Mount blinds, the Valance Width = Final Product Width = Order Width.

Since Motorized Blinds require motors and valance closures, which inherently have a certain thickness and this is unavoidable, the width of the Fabric will be approximately 0.8 to 1.0 inches smaller than your order width.
How to Reset the motor and re-pair with the remote
Our blinds are pre-programmed before shipment. If you encounter problems with the remote control, you can first use this method to solve them.

To re-pair your motorized blinds with the remote, please follow these instructions:

1. Long-press the switch on the motor until it moves up and down 4 times to reset the motor's settings.

2. Set the remote's channel number to your desired pairing channel.

3. Long-press the switch on the motor until the motor moves up and down once.

4. Then, long-press the “-” button on the remote control to complete the pairing process.

After pairing, please set the travel limits as follows:

1. To set the upper limit: Adjust the motorized blinds to your desired height, then long-press the “Up” button and the “-” button simultaneously to confirm.

2. To set the lower limit: Adjust the motorized blinds to your desired height, then long-press the “Down” button and the “-” button simultaneously to confirm.

Note: Short-pressing the button makes minor adjustments to the limit, while long-pressing the button allows for rapid adjustment of the limit.

Once these steps are completed, your motorized blinds should be fully re-paired and re-set.
How to Reset Blinds Upper Limit
Our blinds are pre-programmed before shipment. If you find the upper limit of your motorized blinds is set too high or too low, you can easily adjust and reset it using the remote.

1. Press and hold the up button and the “-” button on the remote until the motor moves up and down, indicating that you have entered the upper limit adjustment mode.

2. A short press on the up button allows for fine-tuning, while a long press enables quick adjustment to your desired position. After adjusting, please press and hold the up button and the “-” button again to confirm the new upper limit.
How to Reset Blinds Lower Limit
Our blinds are pre-programmed before shipment. If you find the lower limit of your motorized blinds is set too high or too low, you can easily adjust and reset it using the remote.

1. Press and hold the down button and the “-” button on the remote until the motor moves up and down, indicating that you have entered the lower limit adjustment mode.

2. A short press on the down button allows for fine-tuning, while a long press enables quick adjustment to your desired position. After adjusting, please press and hold the down button and the “-” button again to confirm the new lower limit.
How to change reversed up/down button directions on remote?
When you press the up button on the remote, the motorized blinds move downward, and when you press the down button on the remote, the motorized blinds move upward, how should you fix it?

Press and hold the motor's switch until it moves up and down 3 times.
How to switch from Reverse Roll (Front) to Standard Roll (Back)
1. Press and hold the down button and the “-” button on the remote until the motor rotates up and down once.

2. Press and hold the down button, and the motorized blinds will move downward to the bottom and then upward, switching from Reverse Roll to Standard Roll.

3. When the motorized blinds reach the lower limit you want, press the “-” button to stop. Press and hold the down button and the “-” button on the remote until the motor rotates up and down to confirm the lower limit.

4. Press and hold the up button and the “-” button on the remote until the motor rotates up and down once.

5. Press and hold the up button, and the motorized blinds will move upward to the upper limit you want. Press the “-” button to stop. Press and hold the up button and the “-” button on the remote until the motor rotates up and down to confirm the upper limit.

6. Press and hold the motor switch until the motor rotates up and down 3 times to change the control direction of the remote.
Remote Copy function: Copy from 1-Channel Remote to another 15-Channel Remote
For example, if the motorized blinds(2) are originally paired with 1- Channel Remote(2), and you would like to pair motorized blinds(2) with channel 2 of 15-Channel Remote(1).

· Adjust 15-Channel Remote(1) to channel 2.

· Please note that the P2 button is located where you open the cover on the back of the remote control.

· Press the P2 button on 1-Channel Remote(2) once, then press the P2 button on 1-Channel Remote(2) again, and finally press the P2 button on 15-Channel Remote(1). This will copy all settings to channel 2 of 15-Channel Remote(1).

For example, if the motorized blinds(2) are originally paired with channel 1 of 15-Channel Remote(2), and you would like to pair motorized blinds(2) with channel 2 of 15-Channel Remote(1).

· Adjust 15-Channel Remote(2) to channel 1 and 15-Channel Remote(1) to channel 2.

· Please note that the P2 button is located where you open the cover on the back of the remote control.

· Press the P2 button on 15-Channel Remote(2) once, then press the P2 button on 15-Channel Remote(2) again, and finally press the P2 button on 15-Channel Remote(1). This will copy all settings to channel 2 of 15-Channel Remote(1).
