We originally ordered 3 of these for our home and then added a 4th for our vaulted ceiling window with the solar panel. Followed the instructions for measuring and the blinds fit perfectly. We love the no tool/screw installation. We did order the fabric samples in advance to ensure we got the correct colour. It took a bit to get a hang of the programming but if you follow the instructions for the motor itself it works as written.
We did have an issue with the 4th motor as we accidentally ordered with the standard motor instead of the Matter over Thread motor. I emailed support on a Sunday night and was amazed that I had a response within an hour and phoned me directly to discuss. I really did not expect this fast of support. Everything is sorted out.
Will definitely purchase again for any other window coverings.
No cords hanging down and no holes in the trim. The window looks so much cleaner now.
Nice fabric, smooth motor and a very clean look once installed. I honestly expected the install to be harder.
Direct morning sun used to wake us up way too early. This shade has helped a LOT.
Easy install, good fit, quiet motor. Nothing complicated.
I thought motorized was mostly a nice extra. Turns out I use the remote every morning and night now.
We tried one in the guest room first. It worked out so well that I ordered three more for upstairs!!
Quality feels solid and the shade rolls evenly every time. So far so good!
Everything was packed really well. No dents or damage at all.
The whole thing was much easier than I expected. I measured the window, placed the order, and when it arrived the shade fit perfectly. The remote was already working and installation took maybe five minutes. We have had it up for a few weeks now and the motor is still very smooth. Definitely planning to do more windows.
I had a question about the window depth before ordering and they explained exactly what I needed to measure. Clear answer, no back and forth, and the finished shade fit just right.
Honestly took longer to open the box than to put the shade in the window.
Looks good. Fits good. Works good.
Good product, well built, easy to install. What impressed me most is the excellent Customer Service. They follow up immediately (literally) with confirmation of measures, shipments (twice) and speed of delivery. Impressive
