I don't normally write reviews, but the amazing experience I had with this company I had too. Right from the beginning the customer service was remarkable. They checked in at every step to make sure I was getting the blinds I needed and wanted. They even provided me an upgrade as the item I ordered wasn't going to be compatible with my Alexa. I can't say enough about the customer service. Now to the product itself. The blinds are really good quality, the motor is quiet, and the look of them is amazing. I will definitely be ordering more from this company in the future.

This motorized blind is phenomenal! Installation was very straightforward, I would recommend screwing in the side light blockers rather than relying on the magnet stickers that come with it to hold them up, they can be temperamental. Remote is simple to use and functions every time. Delivery was very quick and customer service follow up has been really pleasant! Overall would recommend, especially since I was quoted more than 4x what I paid for a local competitor to supply!

We purchased 2 motorized blinds, one with just blackout shade and one dual that has both blackout and a sheer light filtering shade. We love them so much we buying 2 more! I love my Kincmo blinds!! They are high quality, fit perfectly and installation was super easy. Solar remote controls are the best. I've been very impressed with their customer service. I've order several blinds. Once I had a question on how to adjust the remote control for blind length and the problem was resolved within 24 hours. They even sent a how to video link along with written instructions. Recently, I ordered another blind and it didn't fit my window. It was my mistake and a lot of money. I contacted customer service, explained my error and asked for help. They responded within two days and fixed it without hesitation! I love this company!!

I was on the hunt for motorized blinds for my bedroom because I wanted a luxurious feel. I came across this company and I saved them to my wish list. I then went and reviewed other companies but none came close to Kincmo. They had everything I wanted even though it was more of an investment purchase, it was still within my budget. I love the quality of the blinds they are top tier and it is 100% blackout. The material they use is very nice and it is water proof. The motor works great I have no issues with rolling them up or down. I have not fully charged the motors as yet and I was able to use them right away. The color is perfect for the theme I have I in my room. 100% sun protection and cleaning seems to be easy. I recommend them value for my money. Their customer service team is very knowledgeable, professional and they take pride in following up to see how the product is working. My customization was done to the exact measurements I gave. I purchased 5 sets of these blinds for the bedroom windows in our home. The main goal was to block out the city lights at night for a better sleep and also to keep the room darker in the early morning to get a few hours of extra rest. The house we moved into has never had blinds on the bedroom windows so some privacy was nice also. These blinds completely solved the challenges we were having.

The matter enabled blinds integrated well into our Google Nest home assistant easily. I do recommend adding light blocker strips to your order, also as some light will inevitably shine around the sides of the blinds.

While these custom sized blinds aren't inexpensive, the better quality sleep and privacy achieved are well worth the very reasonable price.

The custom sized blinds were manufactured very quickly and I was kept to speed throughout the process.

The installation was very easy and I installed all 5 blinds in one evening DIY.

I'd like to add that the customer service during the sale, before and after shipping and also followup after installation is top notch from this seller. They have been unexpectedly proactive with their service, not something you see every day from an Amazon seller. I would buy from them again, definitely.

Ordered another one for my walkout. Made a mistake on measurement and was emailed when it was caught and then texted to double check. Haven't had customer service like this in a while.

Great product. Easy installation although the installation instructions could be made clearer. I installed this on a large bay window. I order the solar charger but the connection cord is too short to reach the motor and needs to be longer. Nevertheless, the shade raises and lowers very smoothly and quietly. Very happy overall.

These blinds are beautiful! I ordered the blackouts with matching material at the top for all of the bedrooms. Everything is connected successfully to Alexa with the help of Kincmo's excellent customer service. I plan to order more from them!

I was nervous when choosing blinds and I had several questions I wanted to make sure I understood everything before I made this custom order. Customer service responded to my email almost immediately and answered every question and made recommendations to help me in my purchase. Update: we loved these blinds so much that we purchased more for our bedroom. I forgot to add a remote to the purchase and the company added it to the order before I even realized my mistake. This is a phenomenal company, that truly cares about the consumer and product satisfaction.
