I am very satisfied with the Zebra shades I purchased. The price was very reasonable. The quality of the fabric is very good. I was very happy with the customer support/contact. I had looked at some shades and had them in the cart but, did not want to commit until I saw fabric samples. I received an email asking if I had questions since I did not complete the purchase. I responded with my reason and received another email offering a discount if/when I purchased the blinds. It seemed to be an actual person sending the email. I got a large sample book of fabric. I eventually made my purchase and am very happy with the blinds. I mounted them by myself and programming the remote went easy. Price was my biggest factor in ordering from Kincmo. I got very nice shades for the price
