We are extremely happy with these custom automatic blinds from Kincmo. They were delivered in less than a week and a half, which was much faster than expected for a custom product. The quality is excellent and they are almost an exact match to the blinds we were quoted $1,700 for from a well-known national company here in the U.S.

We already have two window treatments from that national brand, so we feel confident saying these are just as good in both look and functionality. Installation was surprisingly quick and easy��we installed them ourselves in under an hour.

The Kincmo customer service team has also been outstanding. Communication was fast, clear, and very helpful throughout the entire process. For the quality, ease of install, and price, this was an incredible value. Highly recommend!

So happy with our order! Was so easy and straightforward to order through amazon. The company reached out to make sure that the "smart motor" would work with our current smart home. The quality is outstanding with so many fabric options to pick from. Installation was straightforward and quick. The blinds came preprogrammed to the correct length and they were super simple to adjust. The remote was also preprogrammed to both of the blinds we ordered. After a home refresh, I was seeking a new motorized roller blind for my large 117"x51" front living room glass window. After shopping products, vendors, service reputation, and value, I selected Kincmo - they have not disappointed! High quality materials, integrated thread motor with Wi-Fi and multiple Smart Home interfaces Alexa, Google etc. at a really great price! Installation and configuration were well-documented and intuitive. Customer service (Alice) truly exceeded any of my expectations. Some examples, they shipped a box of blind material samples no charge and free shipping! My 117" length exceeded allowable shipping size, but Alice offered they could increase their standard 112" size to a maximum custom 115" with reassurance the 2" short would not be noticeable (she was correct). Delivery from China was a reasonable couple weeks via air freight. Extremely well packaged! Throughout order, install and configuration, service (Alice) was immediately available by email. I had several questions on integrating to my Alexa and she always responded immediately with exactly the video or instruction I needed. It worked beautifully my 1st attempt! The remote is also simple and elegant. (I just reprogrammed the blind to drop 47" instead of 51" with a few simple steps using the remote control!) Again, great product, vendor, service and value!

These blinds are amazing! They are so easy to use and install, and they look beautiful! We chose the fabric wrapped top which looks great. We have enjoyed being able to open and close them from Alexa or the app

The blinds were exactly what we ordered and came very quickly. They are super easy to install, took me about 30 mins to get all six installed. There was a minor problem with shipping but customer service took care of my issues with no problems.

These motorized window blinds are fantastic! We couldn't be happier with the quality and the customer service. All retailers should follow the Kincmo model. We were nervous about doing our own measuring, ordering, and installation, but we followed the directions that were provided and everything went very smoothly. They even sent us an email to give us a chance to double-check our measurements before they made the custom blinds and have since followed up with an email to offer after-sales support. We ordered two 8' motorized window blinds so it was a large purchase, but in the end, we saved thousands of dollars compared to what it would have cost to go through a specialty store or a home improvement store such as Home Depot. The blinds were packaged very well in sturdy boxes in order to prevent any damage during shipping. We highly recommend this company and their product.
