Inside Mount

✅ Measure Window Depth

Measure the depth of the window frame. If less than 2.2 inches or an obstruction (lever, crank) is present, we recommend choosing Outside Mount.

✅ Measure Window Width

Order Width = The Smallest Window Width measured at Top, Middle, and Bottom. Round each measurement down to the nearest 1/8 inch.

✅ Measure Window Height

Order Height = The Highest Window Height measured at Left, Center, and Right. Round each measurement down to the nearest 1/8 inch.

🌟Order at the exact opening size with no deductions. We'll deduct 1/8 inch (3.2 mm) during production to ensure proper installation.

Tips For Inside Mount

Before proceeding, please verify that your window has sufficient depth for an inside mount.

Minimum Window Frame Depth For Roller Shades Requirements:

  • Fabric-Insert Valance & No-Drill Valance: Require at least 1.4 inches (3.5 cm) of window frame depth.
  • Square Valance: Requires at least 1.6 inches (4 cm) of window frame depth.

If your window does not meet these depth requirements, you may easily switch to an outside mount or explore other compatible product options.

Outside Mount

✅ Measure Window Width

Order Width = Product Width = Window Width + (5" to 6")

✅ Measure Window Height

Order Height = Product Height = Window Height + (5" to 6")

🌟* For better coverage, shading, and less light leakage, add 5-6 inches to the width and height based on your window dimensions.

How to Measure for Two Side-by-Side Shades

If your window is too wide, use two blinds installed side by side. Measure half the total width for each unit, and ensure they are mounted at the same height for a unified appearance.

  • Inside Mount

    Frame Depth (D)≥ 2.0

    • Shade A: Order Width=W1/2 | Order Height=H1
    • Shade B: Order Width=W1/2 | Order Height=H1

  • Outside Mount

    • Shade A: Order Width=W2/2 | Order Height=H2
    • Shade B: Order Width=W2/2 | Order Height=H2

Multiple Blinds for Multi-Panel Windows
