If the product doesn't fit upon delivery, you can request an exchange within 90 days of receipt, subject to our terms and conditions. If you receive your shade and find that it doesn't fit — whether too large or too small due to an error in the measurements you provided — we will remake it for you at no additional cost. You'll receive a remade finished product without motor.(Replacing the motor is very simple, and we will provide you with a video showing how to replace it.)
