I own many HomeKit smart home devices, but I had never tried a smart roller shade before. This one is among the few that can connect to HomeKit without requiring a hub. It even integrates with the HomeAssistant, which means any device can control it. I believe this is the real advantage of Matter over Thread.

Installation was very simple I had it set up in just 30 minutes. Before purchasing, I was concerned about the power source for motorized roller shades, but the included solar charging panel turned out to be an excellent solution. Thanks to the California sunshine, my shade is always fully charged.

I bought the 100% blackout zebra shade, and the blackout effect at night is excellent.

We order 3 zebra blinds for our front windows. To start, the material quality is great and the stripes all line up; no zig zagging. The blinds do a great job in providing privacy by blocking people looking into the house but still allow us to see out without issue. When we arrange the blinds to block the sun it has really improved our tv viewing. The remotes are easy to understand and operate. The install was easy. I had a laser level to ensure the blinds mounting brackets were all level but if all you have is a regular level, you be fine. The only "negative" I have about the install was the lack of instruction on using the wall anchors. It doesn't tell what size hole to drill for the anchors. They sent extra screws and anchors though, so if you drill the hole to small and squeesh the anchor, they have you covered. Charging the blinds was also quick. The other big thing that impressed us was the customer service. Top notch. Our e-mails were quickly replied to and even the on-line chat was very helpful. Awesome customer service.

Have two hard to reach windows that allow a lot of light in, found these motorized blinds and couldn 't be happier. We have the solar panels so we will never have to charge the battery which is such an amazing feature.
The build quality is great and the seller was in communication right from the start ensuring seamless delivery.

Great quality, super easy to install and a great price

We ordered the zebra blackout blinds to our son's nursery. Upon installation it turned out that the blinds were not blocking all the light, which was interfering with our son's naps. I contacted Kincmo and they promptly responded, helped me try to trouble shoot, and ultimately decided to send me a different shade, which is 100% blackout, free of charge.
We're currently waiting for the new shades to arrive.

Ordered the zebra blind just before Christmas and it arrived within two weeks. Ordering process was straightforward and makes you enter the measurements twice. Once you place the order they follow-up via email to confirm the measurements and other order details. Installation was pretty simple. Just had to install 4 brackets and snap the blind into place. I used deck screws for added support because of the length of the blind. It fit perfectly and looks great. Blind worked with the remote right out of the box. It's been a month and blind is working great so far.

After looking for the best blinds, I ended up to get the custom Kincmo Motorized Blinds with Remote. Customer service was on top of the line emailing and making sure the sizes are correct. Al 3 sets were exact measurements and height quality. Easy installation and set it up. Will definitely order in the near future a couple more sets.
