Very happy with the auto blinds easy to install.

I have purchased 15 motorized blinds from Kincmo in the last 6 months and the products and their company are terrific. I am in Lanai City Hawaii - the smallest occupied island in the state - and each item arrived quickly considering each was custom made and all were easy to install and operated correctly right out of the box. Very high quality materials and exacting accuracy true to measurements provided. Can't say enough about how pleased I am.

We recently replaced all the windows in our townhouse and wanted to treat ourselves to new window treatments, since we've had the same white faux wooden blinds for 27 years. We met with a blinds rep and looked at products on various blinds websites. This same product ranged from $600-$1,500 depending on the vendor. We paid only $300 here and the Zebra Shades are gorgeous, were very EASY to install, and run smoothly and quietly.

Even more remarkable is the customer service support we received. Not only were we contacted to confirm the window measurements, the rep let us know we had selected the wrong motor for our intended use. Alice was amazingly helpful answering all our questions and getting us set up with the correct product. We have already ordered another set of these Zebra Blinds and plan to purchase 4 more sets. It will be such a treat to have these beautiful window treatments all over our place and controlled through remotes and our phones. You can definitely purchase these Zebra Blinds with peace of mind that you will receive a high quality product with amazing customer support!

EDIT 1: We've now installed 5 of these shades and just ordered 4 more. Their customer service is far and beyond anything we've received from high end stores, much less on Amazon. They send multiple emails: confirm the size ordered, question order details, shipment tracking, and follow up to see if you have any questions. They also review orders carefully and when we ordered a different bottom rod for one room that was unlike those we selected in other rooms, they emailed to confirm it wasn't a mistake. No vendor does that! The shades are packed with extreme care and ship quickly. We truly couldn't be happier with our purchases!

EDIT 2: Installed the 95% Blackout Gabriel White in our bedroom and are so pleased with the level of room darkening provided by the zebra shades. The first morning we didn't realize it was as late as it was because the room was so dark! High quality product and amazing customer service support that we've come to expect from this company.

Great product and quality. I ordered the zebra fabrics to have an idea of what color to choose. I would buy this over any major chain retailer. I purchased three from budget blinds and ended up changing one from here. The price here was reasonable and the blind came with remote and matter. The ones I got from budget blinds were double the price and manual.

Installation required some measure but work out good. Look very clean and nice. Great products.

I ordered the fabric samples first. kinmco had large selection to choose from. The measuring and ordering instructions was very simple. The blinds arrived on time and in perfect condition. The zebra blinds look amazing and the motor is very quiet. The customer service was very responsive to a couple of questions I had.

The blind is good. The shades are not as thick as I am expecting. Could be related to the filtering feature. Motor is working well, but time m will tell. Overall I am satisfied with the product.

Blinds are great! Work great! Fit great! My father put them up and had no issues. I did get a remote that was damaged but the customer support was absolutely amazing. They're sending me a new one! I'm happy

Absolutely love these blinds. Perfect fitment. Customer service is 5 star. Had one little Crack in the trim. Contacted customer service and within 30 seconds they had a fix and are sending replacement parts. Would highly recommend buying these. Fraction of the cost from the big box stores.

I love these blinds! Very easy to install and looks great in the room. We bought the solar kit and so far, it seems to be charging the blinds well. The fabric is really nice quality and has a nice shimmer. We are so happy and look forward to outfitting the rest of the house.

Gorgeous blinds. The 60% filters out some light and the quality of the build perfect! Connection to my Alexa was easy with instructions from their customer service so they are all can be controlled by remote or voice/Alexa. Customer service even followed up to make sure everything worked as I expected and to confirm I was happy with the product.
