The shades are great. They are exactly as pictured and described. The amount of support is also excellent, although I didn't need much as they were super easy to install. I'm most appreciative of the factory setup. Having the blinds synced to the remote right out of the box was super helpful and alleviated a lot of stress. I have another room I'm remodeling, and when I decide on the color scheme, I'm definitely ordering my window treatments from Kincom.THANK YOU!

Quick and helpful! The questions I had before ordering were quickly answered by the company. I placed the order on a Friday and received the order (15 blinds!) the following Friday! We sent a few more questions, again with super fast replies. I can not say enough good things about this company, and their customer service. So pleased with the experience and items. Easy to install, samples helped determine what we wanted, and were comparable pricing to other similar items we shopped.

These shades are a game changer! We had the old pull generic blinds before but over a few years they all broke down. We looked at so many blinds at stores but the price of thousands of dollars for one, was out of our budget. Then comes to looking on amazon and hoping i choose the right one.

The customable options of the blinds are great. I like to suggest a bit more color options if possible. It works great, sleek, and I love the set timer options. I linked it to google home but honestly you wouldnt even need this because of it's own linked app and remote options already in place. Now I dont have to worry about manually pulling the blinds up and down everyday. We always get compliments on the blinds when friends or family come over and see it work automatically.

This kit was made exactly to my specs and has been working like a charm for months now. The quality, build, and battery life have all been spot-on honestly, couldn't ask for better. Everything's been super reliable. Installing them was a breeze just a couple brackets per shade, then they click right in. They block out most of the light, with only a little bit sneaking in around the edges where the shade doesn't fully touch the sides. Still really solid light-blocking overall. I installed three in a row on a door, so I made sure all the brackets were lined up perfectly. If they're not level, the shades won't move straight up and down, so it's worth taking the extra time to get that right.

I had ordered blinds from Kincmo and was so looking forward to getting them. They even called, texted and emailed me to make sure I had ordered the right products that I needed to make sure I had what I needed to operate the blinds with my Alexa. When I opened the box I was amazed how well they had packaged the product and how good the blinds looked. I had somehow got the length wrong and was so afraid that I was not going to be able to get a replacement. I called customer service and they worked with me to be able to get the correct size. The ones I received looked awesome cant wait to get the correct size and be able to share how well they work. Customer service has been top notch. I'm 100% behind Kincmo blinds!
