The fabric blocks the light really well. We still get the normal little bit around the sides with an inside mount, but the room is MUCH darker than before.
Everything was working except I couldn't get one remote setting the way I wanted. I emailed support expecting a generic reply, but they sent me the exact steps to try and followed up afterward. Took maybe 10 minutes once I had the instructions. Shade has been working fine since then. really appreciated the help.
I didn't think motorized shades would make that much difference... I was wrong ?? We use them morning and night every single day.
Our old mini blinds were driving me crazy. These made the whole room look cleaner immediately, and opening all three with one remote is such a nice upgrade.
Got here sooner than I expected for a custom shade, and everything was packed really well.

We have one window that's an odd width and not perfectly square. I followed the measuring instructions and the finished shade fits nicely without looking squeezed in. That was honestly the part I cared about most.

We had a local quote that was a LOT higher, so we tried one Kincmo shade before doing the whole room. It has been up for a few weeks now and still runs smoothly. The fabric feels solid, the blackout is good, and it looks much more expensive once it's installed. For what we paid, I'm really happy with it.
The shade itself was easy. Alexa took me a couple tries to get connected, but once I had it set up it's been solid. Voice control is pretty cool, not gonna lie.
The first bracket took me a few minutes to figure out, then the rest was easy. Had the shade up and running pretty quickly.

Our purchase was a great experience. I wasn’t completely sure about the measurements, but they were very helpful in making sure everything was correct. They were also quick to return emails and phone calls, which made the entire process easy and stress-free.
When I thought there was an issue with one of the remotes, Taki took the time to FaceTime me and walk me through the troubleshooting process. The customer service was excellent, and I would gladly do business with thm!

Love the new shades. They roll all the way up on my window,I can't reach that high. But now one touch for all three windows to roll up simultanously and completely open to receive the most light. Customer service helped me set up the remote through facetime, how personal to take that time. I was certainly appreictive for the instructions; customer service is outstanding. That's why I selected these blinds, didn't want issue hassels.
