Absolutely the best blind I've ever purchased. It's incredibly easy to use and looks absolutely stunning. I ordered fabric samples first, which arrived quickly and were in a beautiful professional looking box. I don't have photos of the samples or the box because I shared them with a friend, who has since ordered a blind for their own home.

Shipping was excellent. I received full tracking information, and the blind arrived faster than some of my local deliveries. It was securely packaged and included all the hardware for installation. Pairing the blind with the remote was simple, my only regret is not purchasing the matter controller, as I'd love to be able to control the blind from my phone.

We ordered 2 motorized shades for our master bath windows to block the morning sun. These were very easy to customize down to a 1/4" of measurement. They were delivered quickly and were very easy to install. Just had to remove the old blinds and secure these. Gave them a quick charge, installed the remote on the wall and they work fantastic! Would highly recommend this company - easy to work with, stand behind their products and high quality shades!

This type of motorized blinds are amazing! They provide total blackout (100%) and sync up perfectly with Alexa, Google Home, and HomeKit. Plus, the remote is super easy to use. To set the stop position, just open the back of the remote (unscrew the back and side), flip the admin switch to the "up position, and use the remote buttons to set the shade's fully open height. Hit pause when it's at the right spot. To adjust the top limit, just press and hold the up arrow on the back inside of the remote.At first, I was a bit skeptical, especially since the measurements were done through Amazon. But everything fit perfectly one shade was a tiny bit off, but otherwise, they were spot-on. They even came pre-programmed to fit my windows. The price was way better than what the in-home salespeople quoted, so I'm glad I gave it a shot. The install was super simple, took me less than 15 minutes on my own. They came in a neatly packaged long box, and the instructions were easy to follow. They even gave me extra screws and mounting parts, just in case I still need to figure out the Google Home or Alexa setup, but I'll get to it soon enough. The shades move up and down a bit to show you've set the upper position correctly, and syncing the remote took literally two minutes. The Perla Bianca color looks sleek, and the motor runs quietly. Overall, it's a solid product super easy to install and works great.

We are extremely satisfied with our blind. We purchased it for a patio door in our bedroom and it matches perfectly (aqua waves sandy) Home Depot would have been double the price. My husband installed it easily. Very happy with the look and quality.

We couldn't be happier with our Kincmo blinds! Their customer service is impeccable and we received our 2 custom blinds in less than 2 weeks from order date. They were simple to install and fit perfectly. The quality is top notch and were exactly as ordered. I am fairly tech savvy and got them connected to Alexa within 5 minutes and they work flawlessly. It's great just saying "Alexa good morning" or "Alexa good night" and having the blinds open or close. We've had them about 1 month now and open and close them about twice a day and the battery level is still at 93%. We are very happy and satisfied with Kincmo's product and service and would recommend them to anyone looking for great smart blinds at a great price point!

These blinds (no drill) were super fast and easy to install. The locking mechanism holds them securely in place. We got light blocking and they really do a great job of keeping the room dark. They matched the decor and look like a professional installation. We put up 6 in 20 minutes, it took much longer to get them out of the packaging as they were very securely sealed. Would buy again.

We absolutely love our manual (chose not to have a motor as they break) blackout NO DRILL shade. It fits perfectly (first try), looks great and was very inexpensive. Definitely recommend this!

Quality product and great customer support.
After about 2 weeks the Solar panels started falling down. I doubled the 3m sticky patches and so far they have stayed up (about 4weeks so far).
Still having trouble getting the Matter router to connect through Google home. I'll update if I can get it working.

We are extremely happy with our Kincmo blinds. We bought the 100% blackout and they are completely room darkening. Quality is terrific and they all fit beautifully. Very easy to install. Our blinds arrived in under a week from our order. Customer service is excellent. They answer all questions immediately, even on off hours. Would definitely order from Kincmo again.

If I could give this product more than 5 stars I would. The blinds are a very high quality product. I have bought blinds from a local blind store that were 4 times the price and no where near the quality. I ordered the remote, but had no problem pairing it up with Alexa for voice commands. The installation went very smoothly, I did everything by myself except had an extra pair of hand click them in at the end because the width of the blinds covered 3 windows. The best customer service I have ever had. They follow up and answer any questions, reach out and double check your dimensions and what type of electronic device you have if you want to use voice control. You can't go wrong with choosing these blinds. I will buy them again in the future. If you are wondering if you have to pay extra in tariffs because they are shipped from another country, you don't. The blinds arrived within 10 days from my ordering them. An amazing experience (I am also very picky about quality and service).

This is the best customer service I've ever received for an Amazon purchase. We had a unique mounting challenge with one of our blinds and had to reach out to Kincmo to get assistance. We didn't think we were going to be able to find a work-around. But, they went above and beyond to find a solution to our problem and ended up shipping us different mounting brackets that solved our problem. They were always fast with their responses in our communication and would reach out to check on our progress as well. The motorized blinds are high quality and look great. Couldn't be happier with our purchase!

This product and customer service is amazing. I had a marketing career over 35 years and can appreciate superb service and support. I had many questions as I did not like my first blackout blinds. They immediately answered all of my questions and even help me after my installation. Their side channels are metal so that sun doesn't seep through each side. I highly recommend this company and their product. I wish all companies provided such wonderful support and service. You will not be dismayed and they're perfect ratings are well justified.

It is working really well, I love the shade! The shade was very easy to install, pretty much self-explanatory. the only criticism I would give is for the hub, there was no instructions for what app to download or what procedures to take to set up, it took me a long time to figure it out, and a lot of research on the internet to find out which app to download on my phone to set it up, after a few hours later, and a few different apps, I found the right app "shademate", Then it went prettv smooth after. So in conclusion. if there were some instructions in the box. for the shade internet hub, it would have been a much more pleasant experiencel But overall l love the shade and give it five stars!

This item is everything you want in a roller shade. Color selection, customization, quality, and ease of installation. I found the color I needed to coordinate with my furniture, flooring, and wall color. I followed the guide for measuring and it fit perfectly in the window area. The materials used are top notch. And after gathering the tools needed (tape measure, pencil, drill, and screwdriver) I had it installed in 15 minutes.

If anyone has a problem with this product it's probably due to providing wrong measurements or poor installation.
