I've always bought standard sizes from big box stores, so this was my first custom order. The measuring instructions were easy enough to follow and the finished size came out right. The install was even easier. I can see why people go custom now.
I managed to confuse myself with one of the remote settings after everything was installed. I got on chat and they walked me through the steps without making it complicated. Took maybe ten minutes and everything was working the way I wanted. Great service.
No cords and no holes.
I changed one detail shortly after ordering and contacted them right away. They confirmed the update before production and kept me posted. The shade arrived with the correct change, fit perfectly, and took almost no time to install. Really appreciated the communication.
Put it up myself and didn't need any tools. nice change from regular blinds.
Easy no-drill install and the shade does a nice job filtering the light.
I sent more questions than I probably needed to before ordering size, color, motor option, window depth. They answered each one and never made me feel rushed. The shade arrived exactly as discussed and fit correctly. Very nice experience from beginning to end.
Really pleasant in the afternoon.
Motor operation feels very consistent.
Got order updates and tracking without having to ask. Everything came when expected.
Cuts the harsh afternoon glare but the room still feels bright. Really happy with it.
Our window is behind a deep desk, so a manual shade would have been annoying. The motorized option makes a huge difference. We can control the light without climbing over anything, and because it's light filtering the office still feels open during the day.
The fabric feels substantial and the shade moves smoothly. Doesn't feel cheap at all.
Looks clean and works fine.
Looks natural in our space.
We started with blackout shades in the bedrooms and came back for light filtering shades downstairs. Same good experience with measuring, packaging and installation. I like having different light control in different rooms instead of using the same thing everywhere.
